My first two records
Here are my first two records from 1993 and 1999. I have tried to have these released to Spotify, Apple Music, etc...for a number of years now without success. One of my labels doesn't exist anymore, and Curb Records has only released my "Forgiveness" album, so I'm posting these here now! I've had people ask me through the years how they can find these records, so HERE THEY ARE!!
These are the first two records that started my career as a recording artist.
"Jim Witter"
The first, simply titled "Jim Witter" was released in 1993 on FRE Records in Canada. I wrote the entire record with Johnny Douglas, who taught me a LOT about songwriting. Johnny also produced the record. Fun facts...
*We wrote all the songs in 5 days. We'd write a song in the morning, and one in the afternoon. "Stolen Moments" was written in under a half an hour.
*We recorded the entire album and mixed it in one week.
"Jim Witter" was released in 1993 on FRE Records and had 5 top ten hits-"Distant Drum", "Everything and More", "Stolen Moments", "Sweet Sweet Poison", and "Chevy Coupe"

"All My Life"
The second record, entitled "All My Life" was released on Curb Records in 1999. I co-wrote half of the songs on this record. The record was produced by Chuck Howard.
Fun facts...
*When we shot the video for "Tough As A Pickup Truck" the weather outside was minus 40 degrees!
*The cover shot for the record was taken inside of an old abandoned house in TN. It smelled like someone had died in there!
